OUE REIT Announces its First Interest Rate Swap with Carbon Credit.

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust announces divestment of Mapletree Anson to reduce gearing and enhance interest coverage ratio. Divestment expected to be DPU-accretive on pro forma basis.
