CapitaLand Retail China Trust (CRCT) is a Singapore-based shopping mall real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in a portfolio of income-producing real estate used for retail purposes located in China, Hong Kong and Macau. The Company's segments are investment properties located in China, including CapitaMall Xizhimen, CapitaMall Wangjing, CapitaMall Grand Canyon, CapitaMall Xinna, CapitaMall Anzhen, CapitaMall Erqi, CapitaMall Shuangjing, CapitaMall Minzhongleyuan, CapitaMall Qibao, CapitaMall Saihan and CapitaMall Wuhu. The Company owns a portfolio of approximately 10 shopping malls. All the shopping malls in the portfolio are positioned as one-stop family-oriented shopping, dining and entertainment destinations for the sizeable population catchment areas in which they are located, and are accessible through transportation routes or access points. CRCT is managed by an external manager, CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited.
