The Company's segments include Causeway Point, Northpoint, Anchorpoint, YewTee Point, Bedok Point and Changi City Point. The Company owns a portfolio of approximately six suburban shopping malls in Singapore. Its Bedok Point mall includes over 82,710 square feet of net lettable area. Its YewTee Point mall includes approximately 73,670 square feet of net lettable area. Its Anchorpoint mall includes approximately 70,990 square feet of net lettable area. Its Causeway Point mall covers over 415,790 square feet of net lettable area. Its Northpoint mall covers over 225,030 square feet of net lettable area. Its Changi City Point mall covers over 207,240 square feet of net lettable area.
