About Mapletree NAC Tr

Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of the Trust and its subsidiaries is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate in the Greater China region. It focuses primarily on commercial assets (predominantly for retail and/or office use), as well as real estate-related assets. The Trust's asset portfolio includes Festival Walk, a territorial retail mall with an office component located in Hong Kong; Gateway Plaza, an office building with a podium area in Beijing, China, and Sandhill Plaza, which is a business park development located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
