SkillsFuture to roll out training courses with Johnson Controls, Ngee Ann Poly 


SKILLSFUTURE Singapore (SSG) announced on Friday that it is partnering Johnson Controls and Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) to roll out new courses as part of the SGUnited Jobs and Skills Package targeted at mid-career jobseekers.


In its press statement, SSG said the first course, titled SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme - Company Training for Digital Transformation in the Built Environment, will be conducted in partnership with Johnson Controls, a smart building management solutions provider, and NP for up to 100 mid-career jobseekers.


The course will equip participants with digital and smart facilities management skills in key areas such as building services management, green building management, and workplace health and safety.


The course's six-month curriculum will be split into three months of classroom training co-delivered by Johnson Controls and NP, as well as a three-month attachment hosted by Johnson Controls thereafter. The company will also provide employment facilitation as part of the course......

Reply to @intuitivestor : Because most of these guys start out humble and small. They know how to manage bad times. You go see the backers of those "retail chains". Many don't even get their initial capital from FnB. Some get from up there.
