Its segments include steel trading, property development, property rental and investment holding. The steel trading segment is a supplier of steel reinforcement bars for building construction and civil works. The property development segment is in the business of building residential, commercial and industrial properties for sale. The property rental segment owns, manages and leases industrial and commercial properties. The investment holding segment manages the Company's long-term investments. It is also into leasing and operational management of retail businesses, namely SOGO KL, which consists of a full-line department store, supermarket, food and beverage outlets, and fitness center.
