My target is to maintain a CAGR of 30% with a myriad of effective strategies. It doesn't matter if a cat is black or white, so long as it catches BIG mice. So, I will put in all efforts to learn and master the effective strategies.

I invest in properties and stocks. I take investment as a serious business. I want to act like a shark: Only when I smell blood will I go in for the kill.

I invest in Singapore, HK and the U.S. stocks, and Singapore residential properties. I have had very good performance in my property investment. I was fortunate to have been able to spot some really solid growth stocks; e.g. Kim Eng, Kian Ann, The Hour Glass, Innovalues, Ellipsiz, Best World, 800 Super. I have vowed to work harder to catch more of them.

My strategies on stock investment revolve around three main concepts:
1. Good stocks at correct timings
2. Contrarian thinking
3. Independent thinking.
