It operates through five segments: Property development, which is engaged in development of properties for sale; Property investment, which is engaged in leasing of commercial properties and serviced suites; Hotel operations, which is engaged in the operation of owned hotels; Investments, which is engaged in the investment in quoted and unquoted available-for-sale financial assets, and Management services, which is engaged in the provision of hotel management services under the Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brands, and project management and related services. The property development activities of the Company are concentrated in Singapore and People's Republic of China.
