(VPG) is an international designer, manufacturer and marketer of Foil Technology Products (strain gages, ultra-precision foil resistors, current sensors) and Weighing Modules and Control Systems (load cells/transducers, instruments, weighing modules, and control systems) for a wide variety of applications. VPG operates in two product segments: Foil Technology Products, which include foil resistors and strain gages, and Weighing Modules and Control Systems, which include load cells, instruments, and complete systems for process control or on-board weighing applications. In January 2013, it acquired George Kelk Corporation.
