In August 2012, Tits subsidiary, Quest Integrity Group (Quest), acquired a specialty remote digital video inspection company based in New Zealand. In September 2012, it also acquired TCI Services, Inc. (TCI). In July 2013, the Company announced that it purchased Global Ascent, Inc.
