The Company also supplies engineered systems for defense, space, environmental and nuclear applications. The Company operates in four segments: Instrumentation, Digital Imaging, Aerospace and Defense Electronics, and Engineered Systems. In March 2013, it completed the acquisition of RESON A/S (RESON). In May 2013, the Company's subsidiary acquired Axiom IC B.V. In July 2013, its subsidiary, Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, LLC, acquired the remaining 49% interest in Nova Research, Inc. In October 2013, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Limited has acquired C.D. Limited (CDL).
