Comerica Incorporated (Comerica) is a financial services company. The Company has three business segments: the Business Bank, the Retail Bank, and Wealth Management. Comerica operates in three primary geographic markets: Texas, California and Michigan. The Company�s business bank meets the needs of middle market businesses, multinational corporations and governmental entities by offering various products and services, including commercial loans and lines of credit, deposits, cash management, capital market products, international trade finance, letters of credit, foreign exchange management services and loan syndication services. As of December 31, 2012, Comerica owned directly or indirectly all the stock of two active banking and 49 non-banking subsidiaries.
