Clean Harbors, Inc. (Clean Harbors) is a provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout North America. The Company operates through four business segments: Technical Services, Field Services, Industrial Services, and Oil and Gas Field Services. Technical Services and Field Services are included as part of Clean Harbors Environmental Services, and Industrial Services and Oil and Gas Field Services are included as part of Clean Harbors Energy and Industrial Services.The Technical Services segment provides a range of hazardous material management services. On December 28, 2012, the Company acquired 100% of the common shares of Safety-Kleen, Inc. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had five active incineration facilities that offer a wide range of technological capabilities to customers through this network. In September 2013, Clean Harbors Inc acquired Evergreen Oil, Inc., which is environmental services company.
