The Trust�s primary investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Trust focuses to invest at least 80% of its Managed Assets in loan and debt instruments and other investments. BlackRock Advisors, LLC is the Trust�s investment adviser, and BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. and BlackRock Investment Management, LLC are the Trust�s investment sub-advisers.
