Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd. (Advantage) is an intermediate oil and natural gas exploration and production company with properties located in Western Canada. The Company and its subsidiaries are actively engaged in the business of oil and gas exploitation, development, acquisition and production in the Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. Advantage focuses on developing its Montney natural gas resource play at Glacier, Alberta. The Company�s properties are located in Alberta and Saskatchewan and consist of liquids natural gas and light oil. In February 2014, the Company announced that it has completed the sale of Longview Oil Corp owned by Advantage to a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and including Scotia Capital Inc, National Bank Financial Inc, CIBC World Markets Inc and TD Securities Inc.
