The Company�s solutions are used across a range of industries, including agriculture, architecture, civil engineering, construction, environmental management, government, natural resources, transportation and utilities. As of December 28, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company acquired Vico Software, Inc.; the assets of Refraction Technology, Inc. (REF TEK); TMW Systems Holding LLC, including its operating subsidiary, TMW Systems, Inc. (TMW); Logicway of Oldenzaal; WinEstimator, Inc.; Gatewing of Gent, a provider of lightweight unmanned aerial vehicles for photogrammetry. In June 2014, the Company acquired the MAYBIM business, and Mining Information Systems (MIS). Effective July 14, 2014, Trimble Navigation Ltd acquired The Omega Group Inc. In August 2014, the Company acquired privately-held Manhattan Software. Effective August 21, 2014, Trimble Navigation Ltd acquired Load Systems International Inc.
