Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) is a provider of core information processing solutions for community banks. As of June 30, 2012, the Company�s products and services includes processing transactions, automating business processes, and managing information for more than 11,900 financial institutions and diverse corporate entities. JHA provides its products and services through three marketed brands: Jack Henry Banking, Symitar, and ProfitStars. The Company has two business segments: bank systems and services (Bank) and credit union systems and services (Credit Union). JHA provides integrated computer systems for in-house and outsourced data processing for banks and credit unions. In March 2014, the Company acquired Banno, an Iowa-based company that provides data-enriched Web and transaction marketing services with a focus on the mobile medium as its principal means of delivery.
