Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. is a systems integrator that designs, manufactures, sells, and services flight guidance and cockpit display systems for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and retrofit applications. The Company supplies integrated Flight Management Systems (FMS) and advanced Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers that enable reduced carbon footprint navigation. The Company sells to both the OEMs and retrofit market. Customers include various OEMs, commercial air transport carriers and corporate/general aviation companies, DoD and its commercial contractors, aircraft operators, aircraft modification centers, and foreign militaries. Occasionally, IS&S sells its products directly to DoD; however, the Company sells its products primarily to commercial customers for end use in DoD programs.
