The Company serves clients in automotive, aviation, chemical, construction, consumer products, energy, government, health, insurance, manufacturing, technology and other sectors of the economy. The Company operates in two segments. One operating segment is a broad service group providing technical consulting in different practices primarily in the areas of engineering and technology development. The Company's other operating segment provides services in the area of environmental, epidemiology and health risk analysis. The Company provides its services on either a fixed-price basis or on a time and material basis, charging hourly rates for each staff member involved in a project, based on his or her skills and experience.
