Enterprise Financial Services Corp (Enterprise) is a financial holding company. Enterprise is the holding company for a service banking subsidiary, Enterprise Bank & Trust (the Bank), offering banking and wealth management services to individuals and business customers located in the St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix metropolitan markets. The Company�s banking line of business offers a range of business and personal banking services. Lending services include commercial, commercial real estate, financial and industrial development, real estate construction and development, residential real estate, and consumer loans. On January 20, 2010, the Company sold its life insurance subsidiary, Millennium Brokerage Group, LLC (Millennium). On January 7, 2011, the Bank acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities of Legacy Bank (Legacy). In May 2013, the Bank acquired the operating assets of Gorman & Gorman Home Loans, a division of F&M Bank and Trust Company.
