Nakamichi Corporation Berhad ("NCB") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company under the name of Magnificient Zone Sdn Bhd on 25 April 1994. NCB was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 21 July 1997. The principle activity of NCB is investment holding. The Group has two (2) business divisions, namely Audio and Visual Division and Timber Division.
