The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of rental and management of property. The Company operates through three segments: paper mill division, power division and others. The paper mill division manufactures and sells industrial grade paper products, and collects and trades in waste paper products. The Company's power division operates an approximately 50 megawatt (MW) gas-fired generating plant in Ywama, Myanmar. The Company's others include investment/corporate segment that focuses on identifying new investment opportunities locally and overseas. The Company also produces industrial grade papers, such as test liner, corrugating medium, chip board and core board. The Company, through its subsidiary, designs, operates and maintains power plants for electricity generation and sells the electricity produced to the Myanmar Government.
