The Company operates through two business segments. The Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution of analytical and laboratory instruments and life science equipment. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sales of analytical and laboratory instruments and life science equipment. The Company is also involved in the property holding business, the international enterport, commercial trading and exhibitions business within Free Trade Zone, as well as the provision of installation and maintenance services through its subsidiaries.
