The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries consist of owning, operating and investing in Hua Nan Expressway (HNE), a 31-kilometre dual-carriage urban toll road in the city of Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province in China. Macquarie Infrastructure Management (Asia) Pty Limited (MIMAL) is the manager of MIIF. MIMAL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Macquarie Group Limited.
