The CSOP CGS-CIMB FTSE Asia Pacific Low Carbon Index ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is a sub-fund of the CSOP SG ETF Series I ("Unit Trust"), which is a Singapore unit trust. The Sub-Fund is a passively managed index tracking ETF authorised under Section 286 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore. The units of the Sub-Fund (the "Units") are traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange (the "SGX"). Its investment objective of CSOP CGS-CIMB FTSE Asia Pacific Low Carbon Index ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of FTSE Asia Pacific Low Carbon Select Index ("Index").
