The Company is an investment holding company incorporated in Bermuda on 3 December 1992. The Company, which has a primary listing on the HKSE since 5 March 1993, obtained a secondary listing via an introduction on the official list of the SGX Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 23 July 2002. The Company acts as an investment holding company and provides corporate management services. Its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the manufacture and marketing of mould bases and the trading of metal and parts. The Group's head office is in Hong Kong and nearly all of its products are manufactured in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Heyuan and Dongguan, China.
