The Company is an open-ended investment company with variable capital which was incorporated in Ireland on 5 January 2011 under registration number 493329 and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank”) as a UCITS. The object of the Company is the collective investment in transferable securities and/or other liquid financial assets of capital raised from the public, operating on the principle of risk spreading in accordance with the UCITS Regulations.
