BBR Holdings (S) Ltd is an investment holding company. The Company operates through four segments: General Construction, Specialised Engineering, Property Development and Green Technology. The General construction segment is in the business of design and build, general building construction and civil and structural engineering construction. The Specialised Engineering segment is in the business of post-tensioning, installation of stay cable systems for structural engineering applications, piling and foundation systems, bridge design and construction, retrofitting and prefabricated pre-finished volumetric construction system. The Property Development segment is in the business of property development, focusing on developing residential properties, as well as mixed commercial and residential developments. The Green Technology segment is in the business of system integration and distribution of renewable energy, and installation and leasing of solar panels and grid connected systems.
