Hongkong Land Holdings Limited is a property investment, management and development company. The Company owns and manages approximately 800,000 square meters of prime office and luxury retail property in Asian cities, principally in Hong Kong and Singapore. The Company's segments are Commercial Property, Residential Property and Corporate. Its Hong Kong Central portfolio represents over 450,000 square meters of prime property.
