The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 19 July 2009 under the name of Biolidics Limited. On 19 December 2018, it was listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST and on 24 June 2025 renamed Embracing Future Holdings Limited. The Company is an investment holding company. The Group's business are (i) in medical technology company focusing on the development of cell enrichment systems which, when combined with other analytical tests, have a wide range of applications for cancer diagnostics, prognosis, treatment selection and treatment monitoring; (ii) involve the ownership, operation and management of MCN businesses and live streaming social e-commerce platforms; (iii) Esports-related businesses such as promotor of games, online event services; (iv) Green energy-related businesses and (v) Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent sectors.
