SL Industries, Inc. through its subsidiaries, designs, manufactures and markets power electronics, motion control, power protection, power quality, and specialized communication equipment that is used in a variety of medical, commercial and military aerospace, solar, computer, datacom, industrial, telecom, transportation, utility, rail and highway equipment applications. The Company�s products are sold to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), the utility industry and, to a lesser extent, to commercial distributors. The Company operates under four business segments: SL Power Electronics Corp. (SLPE), the High Power Group, SL Montevideo Technology, Inc. (SL-MTI) and RFL Electronics Inc. (RFL).
