The Company operates in two segments: fasteners and assembly equipment. The fastener segment consists of the manufacture and sale of rivets, cold-formed fasteners and parts and screw machine products. The assembly equipment segment consists primarily of the manufacture of automatic rivet setting machines, automatic assembly equipment and parts and tools for such machines. It manufactures cold formed parts/cold headed fasteners from .03 inches to .620 inches in body diameter, and up to five inches in length. It designs and builds custom riveting machines. It also offers repair and consulting services.The Company�s manufacturing facilities are located in Tyrone, Pennsylvania and Albia, Iowa.
