Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. operates in South Florida as a chain of full-service restaurants and package liquor stores. The Company conducts its business through two segments: the restaurant segment and the package liquor store segment. At September 28, 2013, it operated 25 units, of restaurants, package liquor stores and combination restaurants/package liquor stores that it either owns or have operational control over and partial ownership in; owned but not operated one adult entertainment club, and franchised an additional five units, consisting of one restaurant and four combination restaurants/package liquor stores. The Company holds four types of units: Company Owned, Company Managed, Company owned Club and Franchised.
