(HG Global) and the results of Build America Mutual Assurance Company (BAM). In February 2014, White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd acquired certain assets and liabilities of Star & Shield Holdings LLC, including Star & Shield Risk Management LLC, by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Effective March 25, 2014, White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd acquired an undisclosed majority interest in MediaAlpha LLC.
