In February 2014, its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, WESCO Distribution Inc, acquired LaPrairie Inc. In March 2014, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, WESCO Distribution, Inc completed the acquisition of Hazmasters, Inc. In June 2014, it acquired Hi-Line Utility Supply.
