Invesco High Income Trust II, formerly Invesco Van Kampen High Income Trust II, is a closed-end management investment company. The Trust�s investment objective is to provide high current income, while seeking to preserve capital. It invests in a diversified portfolio composed of fixed-income securities, rated in the medium or lower categories (those rated between BB and C or the equivalent, if unrated by Standard & Poor's (S&P)). Effective June 1, 2010, Invesco Advisers, Inc. acts as the investment adviser of the Fund, pursuant to an investment advisory agreement.
