TETRA Technologies, Inc. is oil and gas services company, focused on completion fluids and other products, production testing, wellhead compression, and selected offshore services including well plugging and abandonment, decommissioning, and diving. On July 31, 2012, it acquired all of the assets and business of Greywolf Production Systems. In February 2014, Tetra Technologies Inc acquired the assets of WIT Water Transfer LLC. In August 2014, TETRA Technologies Inc announced that its Compressco Partners, L.P. acquired Compressor Systems, Inc.
