The Company�s wireless operations provided by TDS' 84%-owned subsidiary, United States Cellular Corporation (U.S. Cellular) and both wireline operations and hosted and managed services (HMS) provided by TDS' wholly owned subsidiary, TDS Telecommunications Corporation (TDS Telecom). The Company�s segments include U.S. Cellular's wireless operations, incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC), competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), HMS, and the Non-Reportable Segment. TDS is also the majority owner of Airadigm Communications, Inc. (Airadigm), a Wisconsin-based wireless service provider. In August 2013, TDS Telecommunications Corp., subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. announced that it has purchase all of the assets of Baja Broadband, LLC (Baja). Effective September 01, 2014, Telephone and Data Systems Inc acquired BendBroadband.
