In July 2014, the Company announced that it has completed the sale of its American Foodservice Company business unit to AFS All-American Millwork and Fabrication LLC, a portfolio company of All-American Holdings LLC, private equity firm with offices in Atlanta and Nashville. In September 2014, the Company acquired Enginetics Corporation. Effective September 05, 2014, Standex International Corp acquired the entire share capital of MPE Aeroengines Inc.
