The Company is a supplier of medium power transformers for the United States market. The medium power transformers it manufactures range from a base rating of 10 mega volt ampere to 100 mega volt ampere. In April 2014, the Company announced that it has completed the sale of its Precision Components business to RFE Investment Partners and 24/6 Capital Partners.
