Through its SiteOne University, the Company provides customers with technical training, licensing and business management seminars. It also offers a program, which it refers to as Partners Program, under which customers can earn points redeemable for gift cards, account credits and other commercial benefits. Its customers are residential and commercial landscape professionals who specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of lawns, gardens, golf courses and other outdoor spaces.
