In June 2014, it acquired nine-property industrial portfolio, containing aggregate of 817,166 square feet and Avenue 32, a 100,500 square foot industrial building. In July 2014, it acquired Chatsworth Industrial Park, 153,212 square foot industrial park located in West San Fernando Valley. In July 2014, it acquired Avenue Kearny, 138,980 square foot industrial park located in Santa Clarita.
