It offers the broadest and complete product line of snowplows and sand and salt spreaders for light trucks in the United States and Canadian markets. The Company also provide a range of related parts and accessories. It sell its products through a distributor network primarily to professional snowplowers who are contracted to remove snow and ice from commercial, municipal and residential areas. During the year ended December 31, 2010 (during 2010), 86% of its net sales were generated from sales of snow and ice control equipment, and 14% of its net sales were generated from sales of parts and accessories. In May 2013, the Company acquired all the assets of TrynEx, Inc.
