Nuveen Intermediate Duration Quality Municipal Term Fund (Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund invests primarily in municipal securities. The Fund�s primary investment objective is to provide current income exempt from regular federal income tax. The Fund�s secondary investment objective is to seek additional total return. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in a diversified portfolio of primarily investment grade quality municipal securities (at least 80%). The Fund may invest in securities issued by other investment companies. These securities include shares of other closed-end funds, open-end investment companies, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and business development companies that invest primarily in municipal securities of the types in, which the Fund may invest directly.
