Effective July 9, 2014, KKR acquired majority interest in OEG Offshore Ltd. Effective July 14, 2014, KKR & Co LP acquired a 24.9% interest in BlackGold Capital Management LP. Effective July 20, 2014, KKR & Co LP acquired a 20% stake in The Hut.com Ltd.
