World Fuel Services Corporation (World Fuel), is a global fuel logistics company. It operates in three segments: aviation, marine and land. In the Company�s aviation segment, it offers fuel and related services to commercial airlines, second and third-tier airlines, cargo carriers, carriers, airports, fixed-based operators, corporate fleets, fractional operators, private aircraft, military fleets. In the Company�s marine segment, it offers fuel and related services to a base of marine customers, including international container and tanker fleets, commercial cruise lines, yachts and time-charter operators, as well as to the United States and foreign governments. In its land segment, it offers fuel and related services to petroleum distributors operating in the land transportation market, retail petroleum operators, and industrial, commercial and government customers. In March 2014, the Company acquired Watson Petroleum Limited. In July 2014, World Fuel acquired Colt International, LLC.
