Voya Emerging Markets High Income Dividend Equity Fund (the Fund), formerly ING Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund, is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund�s ING Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund will seek to achieve its objective by investing in a portfolio of equity securities, primarily of issuers in emerging market countries. The sub-adviser will seek to construct a portfolio with a weighted average gross dividend yield that exceeds the dividend yield of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (the Index). The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure equity market performance of emerging markets and is composed of approximately 750 companies. The Fund�s investment adviser is Voya Investments, LLC. The Fund�s sub-adviser is Voya Investment Management Advisors B.V.
