Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund), formerly ING Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund, is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund�s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, realized capital gains and capital appreciation. It seeks to achieve investment objective by investing in a portfolio of high dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund also seeks to enhance total returns over a market cycle by selling call options on selected Asia Pacific Indices and for equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies. Asia Pacific companies are companies listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.
