The Company is a global producer in product lines, including methyl diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), amines, surfactants, epoxy-based polymer formulations, textile chemicals, dyes, maleic anhydride and titanium dioxide. The Company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects and Pigments. In August 2013, it announced that it has completed the acquisition of the business of Oxid L.P. In June 2014, Wilmar International Limited's subsidiary, Wilmar Europe Holdings B.V. purchased the Company�s European commodity surfactants business.
