HDFC Bank Limited (HDFC Bank) is a banking company engaged in providing a range of banking and financial services, including commercial banking and treasury operations. The Bank has overseas branch operations in Bahrain and Hong Kong. Effective September 14, 2013, HDFC Bank Ltd has raised its interest from 62.06% to 89.88%, by acquiring further 27.82% interest in HDFC Securities Ltd.
